		<description>Oh yeah, these guys are scumbags.  I had their call dropping, dead call service for an extended period of time cause I couldn&#039;t be bothered to talk to their jackass customer service team.  Over the terms of my &quot;service&quot; with them they jacked me for more fees than I could possibly think about.  I was waiting for the &quot;we need to make new UTP cables so.... that&#039;ll be a dollar&quot; fee.  At least I know where all my money was going.... internet advertising and feeding their workers.  Man, these guys used to have catered everything, lunch, dinner, coyote mornings....  My new voip is taken care of by the borg.  My 7960 sits on my desk at home connected to my 831 router..... which then assimilates me and all my work calls.</description>
